Overview
Capital One Software, a division of Capital One, is revolutionizing data management for enterprise cloud environments. As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact in our account-based, enterprise SaaS selling approach.
About the Role
In this role, you will strategically identify and engage high-value target accounts by building multi-threaded relationships and initiating key conversations. You will partner closely with Account Executives, Sales Operations, and Enablement teams to craft personalized messaging and meet rigorous KPIs.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to execute account-specific engagement plans.
- Conduct in-depth research to identify key personas and potential pain points.
- Craft personalized messaging across email, LinkedIn, and phone channels.
- Engage decision-makers and influencers in technical and business roles.
- Qualify opportunities and maintain detailed account data in Salesforce and Groove.
- Collaborate with Enablement to refine messaging and objection handling.
- Meet KPIs for opportunity creation and pipeline conversion.
- Provide field feedback to inform product positioning and marketing campaigns.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years in BDR, SDR, or similar roles.
- Experience with account-based prospecting and high ACV engagements.
- Proven track record engaging both technical and business stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Groove, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or Gong.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise prospecting or inside sales.
- Experience in Enterprise SaaS and cloud, data, analytics, or AI ecosystem.
- Comfort with prospecting in highly regulated industries.
- Strong collaboration with Account Executives and consistent KPI achievement.
Compensation and Benefits
The role offers a competitive base salary, performance-based incentives including cash bonuses and long term incentives, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Salary ranges vary by location for on-site roles; however, the remote role is set between $106,700 and $121,700 annually for a Principal Associate, SaaS Sales position.
