Role Summary
The Enterprise Sales Development Representative at Capital One Software is a strategic prospector in our enterprise SaaS environment. You will engage high-value target accounts, build multi-threaded relationships, and drive the initial conversations that lead to transformative customer wins.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to develop account-specific engagement plans.
- Conduct deep research to identify key personas and pain points.
- Craft personalized messaging via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
- Engage technical and business decision-makers effectively.
- Qualify opportunities and maintain accurate Salesforce and Groove data.
- Collaborate with Enablement on refining messaging and handling objections.
- Meet and exceed KPIs for pipeline transformation.
- Provide field feedback to inform product positioning and campaigns.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years in BDR, SDR, Account Development, or Hunter roles.
- Experience with account-based prospecting for $100K+ ACV solutions.
- Proven track record engaging technical and business stakeholders.
- Skilled in using sequencing tools such as Salesforce, Groove, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise prospecting or inside sales.
- Experience in Enterprise SaaS, cloud, data, or AI ecosystems.
- Familiarity with highly regulated industries like Financial Services or Healthcare.
- Strong communication skills with proven KPI achievement.
Compensation & Benefits
This position offers competitive performance-based incentives along with a comprehensive benefits package. Salary ranges vary by location, and for remote work, the range is $106,700 to $121,700 annually.
