Compensation & Benefits
Salary ranges vary by location: Cambridge, MA ($226,000 - $257,900), McLean, VA ($226,000 - $257,900), New York, NY ($246,500 - $281,300), and Richmond, VA ($205,400 - $234,400). This role includes performance-based incentives, comprehensive health, financial, and well-being benefits.
