Compensation
The compensation for this role is $21 per hour. The full-time annual salary is $43,680 across all listed locations.

Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
- At least 2 years of Customer Service or Call Center Experience.
- At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience.
- At least 6 months of experience in the Financial Industry.
Work from Home Technology Requirements
- Secure home office environment, free from noise and distractions.
- Reliable private internet connection (not cellular data/hotspot) is required.
- Private, password-protected network where you own or monitor all devices.
- Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP). Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited.
- Maintain a minimum of 100 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload speed.
- Both hardwire and WiFi connections are acceptable if speed and security are met.
Capital One reserves the right to verify internet provider, speed, and service package. Requirements may change with new technology. Consistent internet stability issues may require service upgrade.
Work from Home Location Requirements
Candidates must live within a 100-mile radius of Richmond, VA; Chesapeake, VA; Tampa, FL; Las Vegas, NV; Plano, TX; Wilmington, DE; Lincoln, NE; or St. Cloud, MN. Reporting in person may be required with 24 hours notice. Applicants residing in California or beyond the 100-mile radius are not eligible. Capital One will not sponsor employment authorization for this position.
