About the Concierge Specialist, General Operations Associate Role at Capital One
Capital One is seeking a Concierge Specialist, General Operations Associate to deliver exceptional service and operational support. This role is crucial for maintaining high client satisfaction and efficiency within a dynamic service environment.
The annual salary for this full-time role ranges from $66,700 to $76,100 for a Premium Customer Agent II, applicable to candidates hired to perform work remotely (regardless of location) or in Richmond, VA. Salaries for other locations will be subject to local pay ranges, and part-time roles will be prorated. This position also offers performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
