About The Role
As a new Process Manager, you will join the Process Manager Development Program (PMDP). This one-year program involves hands-on training, implementing Lean/Green Belt methodologies through two projects, and opportunities to present your work to senior leaders. Additionally, you will attend social networking events and collaborate with various departments including agile software teams and data scientists.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage and improve business processes by setting and implementing agendas.
- Drive efficiencies and create better customer experiences using data.
- Collaborate across departments on projects like product launches and digital transformation.
- Apply leadership in communication and change management.
- Utilize techniques such as Visual Management, Lean, and Six Sigma.
- Maintain and update regulatory and operational documentation.
- Develop quality assurance routines to monitor process performance.
Basic Qualifications
Students graduating in 2026 or Masters graduates from accredited universities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement tools.
- Experience or interest in coding/data visualization (e.g. SQL, Tableau).
- Teamwork and collaboration experience.
- Fluency in English; French is an asset.
