Position Overview

Capital Health, a region leader in progressive, quality patient care, is seeking a Physician - Primary Care. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive medical care while working both independently and collaboratively with a diverse healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive primary care services.
• Perform diagnostics, assessments, and treatments.
• Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and support staff.
• Maintain exceptional communication with patients.
• Adhere to onboarding, physical, and flu vaccine requirements.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Minimum full-time base salary of $255,970.
• Competitive benefits package including health, retirement, caregiving, and PTO.
• Bonus and incentive potentials based on performance and role.

Please note that the compensation figure is a good faith determination and may vary based on experience, education, and internal equity considerations.

Additional Information

This role is contingent upon successful onboarding, pre-employment physical, and annual flu vaccination (with exemptions available).
