Job Description

Your Role as a UX/UI Designer at Capgemini

Integrate a design department for a consulting company, where you will be expected to participate in multiple projects and proposals throughout the year. If your profile is more proficient on UX, then you should be capable of understanding research insights and translating them into design solution concepts, by creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. If however you’re more oriented towards UI, we expect you to craft beautiful creative concepts which carefully detail the reasoning behind each choice of visual element such as color, typography and other key visual elements. You will collaborate with product managers, designers and developers to ensure the usability, feasibility and implementation of designs, providing detailed design specifications and assets. Deliver UX and/or UI design processes from beginning to end, supported by other team members. Present design concepts and strategies to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating the value and impact of design decisions, being able to justify choices and have a concise and effective communication with clients.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication Design and Editorial Design.
  • Minimum of 4 (four) years of experience in:
    • Using Figma software for UX/UI.
    • UX/UI design for websites and mobile applications on different operating systems.
    • Development of UI mockups and interactive prototypes.
    • Collaboration with functional analysts, analysis and application of functional requirements in UX/UI proposals.
    • Illustration of design concepts through storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
    • Maintaining and building consistency of established brand styles for typography, color schemes and visual elements.
  • Minimum of 2 (two) years of experience in applying accessibility rules for websites and mobile applications from a UX and UI perspective.
  • Basic knowledge of front-end development for effective collaboration with the development team.
  • C1 certification in English.
  • Web design certification.
