About the Role
The UX Designer at Capgemini will craft intuitive and user centric digital experiences across insurance platforms. This is a key role responsible for designing responsive interfaces that support policy servicing, claims management and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for various insurance applications.
- Conduct user research, usability testing and heuristic evaluations.
- Translate insurance business requirements into functional design components.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers and testers for design feasibility.
- Apply accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
- Maintain design systems and reusable components according to compliance guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
