Job Description
This role is ideal for a handson technical professional who combines strong project leadership skills with deep understanding of industry-leading enterprise content management systems (CMS), cloud-native and Microsoft tech stack development methods and tools, database-driven marketing programs, and how to utilize them effectively in a fully end-to-end digital marketing ecosystem. The ideal candidate has a good understanding of the entire SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Project Delivery
- Lead end-to-end delivery of content management website development projects from inception through launch and post-launch support.
- Own technical scope, delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk management for digital platform initiatives.
- Translate business and marketing requirements into clear technical deliverables and work plans.
CloudNative AWS Expertise
- Drive adoption of cloud-native development practices, including microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
- Lead projects leveraging AWS services such as EC2, S3, CloudFront, Lambda, and monitoring/logging tools, as well as Microsoft technologies such as C# and .Net Framework.
- Collaborate with Infra Ops and Security teams to ensure reliability, performance, and compliance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with PMO, QA, Operations, Infrastructure, Security, and Architecture teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as the primary technical liaison among senior leadership, project managers, vendors, and internal teams.
Governance Quality Operations
- Enforce SDLC processes, agile/waterfall delivery practices, and PMO governance standards.
- Assist with QA processes, testing cycles, defect management, and release readiness.
- Support production deployments, post-launch stabilization, and operational handovers.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of hands-on technical experience in software or web application development.
- 3 years of experience in a Technical Project Manager or Technical Delivery Lead role.
- Good understanding and experience working on Microsoft Tech stack, developing web applications built using C# and .Net Framework.
- Strong understanding of content management website development concepts, including CMS platforms (traditional and/or headless), APIs, and front-end/back-end integrations, Database development.
- Good understanding of digital marketing concepts, including interaction and integration of various tagging/analytics systems into websites.
- Proven experience with cloud-native architectures, preferably within the AWS ecosystem.
- Experience working with distributed teams across geographies and time zones.
- Strong MS Visio and Excel skills and extensive experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with either bespoke or popular CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful, Sitecore, Optimizely, Drupal, or similar).
- Good understanding of RDBMS concepts.
- Experience with Project Management tools such as Adobe Workfront.
- Experience delivering large-scale customer-facing digital platforms in regulated or enterprise environments.
- Exposure to DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering practices.
- AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Developer).
Compensation and Benefits
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $100,000 to $130,000 / Yearly. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction, including but not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity. It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
