Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Research and analysis of Engineering data (3D CAD)
  • Develop digital repair & maintenance methods
  • Evaluate & develop repair concepts in EC (via Work-Step-Table “AST”)
  • Document repair methods in the database
  • Derive Standard Times via MTM-Systematic (AW: repair time for workshops)
  • Develop thorough understanding of the various carlines & engine types in MB
  • Co-ordinate with different departments for updates on the above
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in the specified working area
  • Research and analysis of Daimler AW-System based on MTM-Systematic
  • Planning of the AW-System for new car-models in DC-Repa (Daimler AW-Tool)
Requisites:
  • Some experience in the field of Workshop/After Sales/technical documentation/ simulation/publication is helpful
  • Good knowledge on automotive components/systems and its functioning is must
  • Experience in repairs & maintenance of cars
  • Knowledge in Powertrain/ Vehicle Integration related to MB
  • Experience in NX CAD
  • Experience in any Engineering Change Management system
  • Experience in any PLM software
  • Knowledge in computer programming & German language are added advantages
