Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and detail oriented Marketing Technology Business Analyst with 8 to 10 years of experience to support digital transformation initiatives across marketing platforms. This role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to define and manage complex business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Define problems, identify opportunities, and recommend actionable next steps.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and technology teams to document requirements for Martech solutions.
  • Analyze marketing workflows, translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Define data flows, integration points, and dependencies across platforms.
  • Marketing Technology Expertise: Work with a broad Martech stack including campaign management, personalization, analytics, and automation tools.
  • Support evaluations, capability assessments, and solution recommendations.
  • Solution Design & Delivery Support: Partner with architects and developers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business goals.
  • Create wireframes, process flows, and documentation to support implementation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as liaison between marketing, IT, and vendor teams, facilitating workshops and feedback sessions.
  • Provide clear reporting on progress, risks, and dependencies.

Required Qualifications

  • 8 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in marketing technology or digital transformation.
  • Strong understanding of Martech platforms, data models, and campaign operations.
  • Experience managing complex requirements across cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools including SEO, SEM, email marketing, display advertising, and PPC.
  • Familiarity with content strategy, social media execution, and web analytics.
  • Understanding of UX/UI aspects in the marketing funnel.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the Insurance Domain or other regulated industries.
  • Exposure to platforms like Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, or CDPs.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.

Pay Transparency
