Role Overview: Strategy & Transformation Consultant
As a Strategy & Transformation Consultant, you will contribute to Capgemini's Digital Transformation Consulting team, focusing on delivering management consulting expertise across key areas:
- CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE (CX): Help clients transform customer relationships and create impactful experiences (e.g., Customer Journeys, Sales Effectiveness).
- SUSTAINABILITY: Support clients in accelerating their net-zero transformation, from ESG Strategy to Climate Change and Carbon Accounting.
- ORGANIZATIONAL, PROCESSES & CULTURE TRANSFORMATION: Assist clients in improving performance and achieving goals through Digital Operational efficiency and HR transformation.
Your Profile
We are looking for a professional with the following qualifications and experience:
- Proven experience in digital transformational projects, including designing organizational models, process optimization, and customer experience.
- Practical experience in developing commercial proposals, point of views, and other documents within the consulting value chain.
- Understanding of project management activities.
- Good understanding or a strong interest in one or more of these industries: Energy, Telco, Consumer Products Retail and distribution, Healthcare, Financial Services (Insurance and/or Banking).
- Degree in Management, Economics, or a similar field.
- Past or current proven experience in Management Consulting, ideally with a top-tier consulting firm (a plus).
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
