Job Description
Senior Associate - Capital Market
Capgemini is seeking a Senior Associate with at least 1-5 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry to join our Capital Markets team. This role involves working with fund managers, agents, stock exchanges, and investment banks, requiring hands-on experience with Eurobonds, structured, and hybrid products. Knowledge of market data is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with financial market stakeholders including Fund Managers, Rate Fixing Agents, Investment Banks, and Stock Exchanges.
- Gain in-depth understanding of Eurobonds, Reference Data Products, and Capital Markets.
- Ensure quality checks on automated data feeds and dataset storage technologies.
- Perform quality assurance on input data for accuracy, coverage, and completeness.
- Develop and implement input procedures and instructions.
- Train new joiners on financial markets and operational procedures.
- Identify areas for improvement in single tasks and operational processes.
- Liaise with international customers from a service delivery perspective.
- Participate in operational excellence initiatives such as Six Sigma or ISO 9000.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 1-5 years of experience in Financial Services, specifically with Capital Markets entities.
- Hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of Eurobonds, Structured, and Hybrid Products.
- Proficiency in MS Office productivity tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to respond to formal client requests.
- Experience managing international clients.
- Experience with operational excellence initiatives (Six Sigma, ISO 9000) is desirable.
- Flexible, resilient, and able to work under pressure, with a mature and eager-to-learn attitude.
- Willingness to work in all shifts, including night shifts.
- Experience in a matrixed environment is a plus.
