Your Role as a Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master at Capgemini, you will play a crucial role in enabling and empowering development teams to deliver high-quality deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document clear business requirements.
• Analyzing data sets to derive actionable insights, identify trends, and support decision-making processes.
• Identifying inefficiencies in workflows or systems and proposing solutions to optimize business processes.
• Facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Removing impediments and resolving conflicts to maintain team focus and productivity.
• Collaborating with Product Owners to prioritize the backlog and define clear, actionable user stories.
• Monitoring sprint progress using metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and capacity planning.
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing learnings.

Your Profile

We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master with 6 to 12 years of experience who possesses a proactive, take-charge attitude. Ideal candidates will have experience in at least one of the following engagement types:

• BI/DW (Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing)
• DWH (Data Warehousing)
• Data Analytics
• Business Intelligence
• Data Projects
• Data Management
• Data Governance
