Your Role
- Own and prioritize the product backlog with clear, actionable user stories.
- Work closely with agile squads to clarify requirements and remove blockers.
- Align product strategy with development and business goals.
- Monitor product health and balance short-term delivery with long-term viability.
- Analyze feasibility, cost of delay, and impact of product changes.
- Communicate expected value across sprints and iterations.
- Drive customer-centric design and usability testing.
- Foster collaboration between tech teams and business stakeholders.
Your Profile
- Tech-savvy Product Owner with prior development or deep tech collaboration experience.
- 7+ years in business technology or consulting, with 3–5 years in agile teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile, SAFe, and IT project management.
- Skilled in JIRA and other agile tools.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
- Quick decision-maker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in insurance domain and product portfolio is a plus.
- Experimental mindset with a passion for innovation and usability.
