About the Role: Oracle OCI Junior Consultant

We are seeking an enthusiastic Oracle OCI Junior Consultant with relevant experience. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop their career in Oracle’s OCI technologies, supporting pre-sales initiatives and helping to grow our professional services practice. Application Consultants understand client business processes, current and future, and map them to the technologies being used, giving a demarcation of what can be achieved through a standard implementation and what would need customizations or extensions to be done to the application. They may functionally customize the application, partner with application developers to design application enhancements and extensions, and work with business users to implement process changes.

Your Role Responsibilities

• Assist with client workshops and presentations on Oracle technology.
• Help prepare proposals and project documents.
• Build client relationships and support OCI adoption.
• Stay updated on Oracle products and best practices.
• Participate in team training and development.
• Learn and develop the knowledge, technical skills, and core consulting behaviors required to succeed in applications consulting, primarily learning an appropriate methodology and acquiring knowledge of a business domain and a Package Based Solution.
• Demonstrate flexibility and versatility in meeting objectives.
• Manage workload and update management on task progress.

Your Skills and Experience

• 1-3 years of experience working with Oracle technologies or platforms.
• Basic understanding of Oracle OCI concepts.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to travel to support client engagements and business development activities.
• Monitor market trends and customer feedback to help enhance Oracle solutions and services.

Compensation

The base compensation range for this role is $46,400 - $111,090. Actual compensation will be determined by factors such as geographic location, education, experience, and market conditions. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions.
