Your Role as Operations & Team Manager

We are looking for an Operations & Team Manager to join our team in Lisbon, with a hybrid work arrangement. Your Main Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Selecting and approving the recruitment of your team;
  • Ensuring the staffing needs of the project;
  • Being in charge of the management and development of your team;
  • Managing the needs of the clients where your consultants are recruited;
  • Managing a P&L.

Your Profile

We are seeking a professional with:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Public Sector market experience;
  • Experience in bidding for public tenders;
  • Experience managing client needs;
  • Financial skills to manage a P&L;
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese;
  • Team and Client management skills;
  • Leadership and strong communications skills.
