Your Role as a Modern Workplace MS 365 Endpoint Management Engineer

• Consulting, guidance, and execution of client projects in the Microsoft 365 and/or Microsoft Client and Mobile Device Management (Modern Workplace) environment.
• Support and further development of Microsoft 365 environments with a focus on infrastructure and user perspective, and/or
• Support and further development of Microsoft Client and and Mobile Device Management infrastructure and its end devices.
• Support in optimizing digital workplace solutions.
• Technical support for migration projects.
• Participation in transition and transformation projects in the client environment.
• Close collaboration with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Implementing "Digital Sovereignty" for clients in the EU environment (sovereign Workplace solutions).

Your Profile

• Several years of professional experience in dealing with Microsoft 365 and/or Microsoft Client and Mobile Device Management solutions, e.g., SCCM, Intune, Endpoint Manager.
• Profound knowledge of Microsoft 365 services & the Microsoft Roadmap for developing resulting changes.
• Good knowledge of both technical infrastructure and user support.
• Experience in the technical implementation of transition and transformation projects.
• Experience in the technical support of migration projects.
• Experience in dealing with and using Microsoft Copilot.
• Operation of Citrix Workspace (optional).
• Experience and interest in the use of sovereign Workplace solutions.
• Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills, good expression, and a solution-oriented work style.
• Team player with an eye for the bigger picture – a true all-rounder.
• Knowledge of the Service Management Framework (ITIL).
