About The Lead Data & AI Pre-Sales Solution Specialist Role
We are seeking a Lead Data & AI Pre-Sales Solution Specialist to drive go-to-market and pre‑sales engagements within the Microsoft ecosystem. This strategic, client-facing role partners with Microsoft business and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities, shape value propositions, build business cases, and support executive decision-making for enterprise customers. It requires a strong GTM mindset, pre‑sales experience, and solid knowledge of Microsoft Data, AI, and Cloud platforms.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Lead GTM and pre‑sales motions with Microsoft field, product, and partner teams.
- Engage Microsoft and customer executives to understand priorities and shape Data & AI use cases.
- Develop and present business cases, solution positioning, and transformation roadmaps.
- Support pipeline progression, deal shaping, and pursuit readiness.
- Contribute to proposals, SOWs, and executive presentations.
- Represent Capgemini in joint Microsoft account planning and customer briefings.
Your Skills And Experience
- 10+ years in pre‑sales, GTM, consulting, or solution-selling support roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft technologies: Azure Data, Azure AI (incl. OpenAI), Fabric, Power BI, Power Platform, DevOps.
- Proven ability to influence senior Microsoft and enterprise stakeholders.
- Strong consulting, storytelling, and executive communication skills.
- Local to Seattle/Redmond with onsite availability 3–4 days/week.
Compensation and Benefits
The base compensation range for this Lead Data & AI Pre-Sales Solution Specialist role in Seattle/Redmond is: $121,500 - $268,170. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, education, qualifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, and market considerations.
