Your Role as a Junior Business Project Manager

Are you a motivated Junior Business Project Manager looking to kick-start your career and make a real impact? We’re looking for talented and driven individuals to join our team in Lisbon, where you’ll contribute to delivering high-quality financial services and support to our clients.

As a Junior Business Project Manager, You Will

  • Operate as a cross functional business manager tackling ad hoc initiatives (regulatory/audit missions, coordination topics…).
  • Assist on budget planning, monitoring, ensure alignment with senior management targets.
  • Define KPIs, build dashboards, and report progress on budget, risk, outsourcing, and AI governance initiatives to senior management.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Management.
  • Proven experience operating as a cross-functional business manager, handling ad hoc initiatives (e.g., regulatory/audit missions, coordination topics) and preparing executive-level communications/presentations.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Change Management, with AI-Governance knowledge being a plus.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Fluency in French is a plus but not mandatory.
