Job Summary

We are actively seeking graduates and early-career professionals to join our NGT Program as a Junior Banking Technology Analyst. This program is designed for individuals possessing strong technical foundations and fundamental banking knowledge, eager to specialize in core banking platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, enhancement, migration, and ensure production stability of banking applications.
• Process accounts, payments, transactions, and securities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Participate actively in system configuration, functional testing, and data validation processes.
• Assist in documenting comprehensive business and technical requirements to facilitate solution design.
• Support batch processing, interface management, and data reconciliation activities effectively.
• Collaborate strategically with business, operations, compliance, and IT teams to align solutions with organizational requirements.
• Participate in incident reviews, root-cause analysis, and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
• Prepare insightful operational reports to support continuous monitoring and informed decision-making.

Required Competencies & Certifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data/Analytics, Finance, Banking, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge or academic exposure to SQL for effective database querying.
• Foundational skills in Linux/Unix environments crucial for operations and scripting.
• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language, such as Python, Shell, or Java.
• Understanding of REST APIs and fundamental integration concepts.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
• Knowledge of batch processing principles.
• Theoretical understanding of key banking concepts, including retail banking, wealth management, payments, securities, KYC/AML, and settlements.
• Strong learning agility and adaptability to new challenges.
• Analytical mindset coupled with a structured problem-solving approach.
• High attention to detail and unwavering commitment to quality.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Professionalism in all client-facing settings.
• Strong discipline in meticulous documentation and record keeping.
