Your Role as an Industry Leader, Data & AI

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Industry Leader, Data & AI to lead our data-driven decision-making processes. This role demands a balance of analytical skills, strategic foresight, and effective collaboration across diverse teams. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing data strategies that enhance business growth, optimize operations, and foster an inclusive environment of innovation.

• Lead the Insights & Data Sales Team across Europe, working closely with regional Managing Directors to develop our Data and Analytics business, focusing on Germany & UK.
• Drive the decision framework and the development of comprehensive business cases to size the market, establish targets by industries & segments, and build customer pipelines. Target industries include Automotive & Manufacturing.
• Develop and execute a Go-to-Market strategy, collaborating closely with different countries to drive increased business in focus sectors and align with our Data and Analytics portfolio.
• Design and implement a performance management function to evaluate the team’s Key Performance Indicators.
• Partner with other parts of the Capgemini business to increase our Data and Analytics & AI business.
• Work closely with external partners, including hyperscalers, to deliver growth across Europe.
• Directly engage with customers, shaping and selling large deals.
• Organize and manage pre-sales activities, whether in response to calls for tender or deal shaping, in close collaboration with our sales teams.

Your Skills and Experience

You will be an established leader in Data and AI with extensive experience delivering large-scale transformation programs. Experience working within a consultancy environment and maintaining strong relationships at senior levels with existing clients is essential.

• Proven experience in shaping complex Data and AI Portfolios and solutions that successfully deliver clients’ visions.
• Strong understanding of the Data, Analytics & AI domain and how it influences business outcomes.
• Experience working with a variety of hyperscalers such as GCP, Azure, AWS, Databricks, and Snowflake, and leveraging their solutions to deliver Data, Analytics & AI.
• Strong expertise in the Automotive and Manufacturing sectors.

Work Arrangement

Your day-to-day work location will vary based on your role, needs, and business requirements. It will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home, with the understanding that 100% remote work is not possible.
