Role Summary
The Gen AI Architect will lead the design and implementation of innovative AI/ML platforms. This position requires deep technical expertise, strategic vision, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect scalable AI/ML platforms across cloud environments.
- Manage the lifecycle of AI/ML models from development to optimization.
- Design robust data pipelines, storage systems, and processing frameworks.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure best practices in model governance, performance tuning, and ethical AI usage.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 14+ years experience in AI/ML architecture and platform development.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML model lifecycle and deployment strategies.
- Experience in data engineering with pipeline design and distributed processing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with generative AI models such as GPT, GANs, or diffusion models.
- Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML workflows.
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation range for this role is approximately 99,712 to 168,716, with potential for variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions. Capgemini offers a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, health coverage, retirement plans, and more.
