What You Will Be Working On
As a Digital Business Analyst at Capgemini, you will:
- Partner with client business teams to elicit needs using visual methods.
- Develop business cases, user stories, functional/technical specs, and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure system readiness and address technical issues during operations.
- Improve product development processes by identifying gaps and driving best practices.
- Assist the CIO in identifying digital transformation opportunities.
What We Are Looking For
Candidates should have a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics Engineering or related fields with a minimum of 3 years’ experience. Experience in IT business analysis, application solutioning, Agile methodologies, and consulting or development is preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
