What You Will Be Working On as a Digital Business Analyst

As a Digital Business Analyst, you will be involved in a variety of key tasks:

• Partner with client business teams to elicit citizen/business needs using human-centric, visual methods like service journeys.
• Develop appropriate business casework with client project teams, translating needs into user stories, functional/technical specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure system or product readiness for seamless deployment, adoption, and operation.
• Analyze the impact of requested changes, propose continuous improvements, and collaborate with support teams to resolve technical problems during operations.
• Shape and enhance the product development process by identifying gaps, promoting best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Be accountable for delivering meaningful outcomes and public value through the product squad's work.
• Assist the CIO in identifying new opportunities for the client's digital transformation initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

Capgemini seeks individuals with a strong foundation and relevant experience:

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. (More experienced candidates will be considered for senior roles).
• Prior working experience in IT business analysis, application solution design, and testing.
• Participation in at least one full software or product development cycle, preferably utilizing Agile Methodology.
• Strong analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills.
• Sharp product sense with the ability to simplify complexity, make effective trade-offs, and prioritize under constraints.
• Good communication skills, including the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders.
• A driven, motivated personality with an inquisitive mind.
• Past development or consulting experience is a plus.
• Knowledge or experience in implementing projects in at least one of these areas: Data Analytics, Agile Methodologies, Cloud, Internet and Mobile Technologies, Customer Relationship Management, Knowledge Management, and Service Design.
