NYC NY (Day One Onsite - Hybrid)Roles and Responsibilities
- Understand data and data systems including IT tools and technology.
- Document and identify key controls within data lifecycle.
- Gather and document process and business requirements, able to provide scope and project planning.
- Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops to gather data needs.
- Present insights clearly and concisely to nontechnical audiences.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements through workshopping sessions and process flows.
- Understanding of data controls and data management (SOX, RCSA, etc.) for Regulatory, FCC, Sanctions related business processes.
- Create gap assessments on the current state of business processes and design/implement target state in alignment with regulatory reporting policies.
- Ensure all processes are aligned with both internal policy and external regulatory requirements.
- Track and document process changes and ensure alignment with evolving regulatory standards.

- Basic understanding of liquidity regulatory frameworks (e.g., Basel III, LCR, NSFR).

- Experience in documenting business processes and creating process flow diagrams using BPMN.
