About the Business Analyst Role at Capgemini

This Business Analyst role at Capgemini supports large, multidimensional projects by analyzing data, gathering requirements, and helping implement new systems and processes. You will manage your workload independently under a Project Manager while collaborating with business teams to ensure smooth adoption of solutions.

Hybrid Working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Skills and Experience

  • BA with overall 5 years of experience
  • Worked on large multidimensional projects
  • Worked ideally within a regulatory environment
  • Good understanding of Data Analysis
  • Must be able to manage their own demanding workload under the oversight of a Project Manager
  • Prepared to use their own initiative
  • Ability to get involved in new systems and processes
  • Supporting business teams in understanding the solutions being put in place
  • Someone who is flexible and willing to develop and become an integral member of the project team
