Your Missions

As a Business Analyst for our clients in the Insurance sector, you will be a key member of the agile team, contributing to project development.
During your apprenticeship, you will join our teams on client or internal projects and actively assist our Business Analysts.
With the help of your manager, you will participate in the following missions:
  • Gather business needs from stakeholders, translate them into clear requirements, and facilitate business workshops.
  • Draft specifications and functional and/or technical documentation.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of solutions that improve business processes.
  • Prepare and present analysis reports and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and management.
  • Coordinate acceptance testing phases and support go-live phases.

Your Profile

  • Master's degree (Bac +5) in IT.
  • Seeking an apprenticeship.
  • Confident communicator for presentations, interactions with various stakeholders, and participation in daily stand-ups or client meetings.
  • Team spirit, autonomy, and proactivity.
  • Good command of English (B2 level, written and spoken).
  • Technical knowledge in Java, Data, Swagger, C++... (an asset for better project understanding).
