About the Role
Capgemini invites you to join as an AI Product Owner in Jersey City. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of deliverables in the software engineering domain including development, maintenance, and optimization of software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage previous banking and finance product experience.
- Drive at least one AI project from inception to delivery.
- Utilize knowledge of Gen AI, Agentic AI, and Agile methodologies.
- Write Epics, Stories, and Story Maps effectively.
- Collaborate with teams using SAFe Agile practices.
- Communicate clearly and manage stakeholder expectations.
Software Engineering Contribution
This role blends product ownership with software engineering. Applying scientific methods to solve challenges, you will work closely with technical teams, ensure quality, and oversee technical and administrative work of other engineers.
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range for this role is between $61,087 and $104,364. Additional compensation such as bonuses or incentives may be available, along with a comprehensive benefits package including vacation days, paid holidays, medical, dental, retirement plans, and more.
