All underpinned by technology created with purpose.
About The Job You’re Considering
At Capgemini Invent, our Data Driven Transformation (DDT) team makes AI work at scale by combining data science and engineering with business consulting. We build context-driven analytics and GenAI/agentic systems that reflect how decisions and work actually happen—grounded in semantic layers, strong data foundations, and governance embedded in decision flows. With a builder-advisor (“forward deployed”) mindset, DDT delivers production-ready impact across operations and customer domains, redefining what enterprise AI advisory looks like in practice.
Your Role
As an AI Product & Innovation Consultant, you will support client engagements focused on AI strategy, product discovery, and innovation enablement. You will contribute to structured workstreams under senior guidance, quickly learning client environments and producing high-quality analytical and delivery outputs.
You will help bridge business problems and emerging AI capabilities by supporting discovery efforts, evaluating AI tools and platforms, and developing clear, compelling materials that inform client decision-making. This role offers hands-on exposure to AI product thinking, advisory consulting, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Supporting discovery engagements by conducting stakeholder interviews, documenting findings, and synthesizing insights
- Researching and evaluating emerging AI platforms, tools, and frameworks against defined client requirements
- Translating business challenges into structured AI opportunity hypotheses and solution concepts
- Developing client-ready materials, including slide decks, one-pagers, and workshop content
- Assisting with AI readiness, maturity, and capability assessments
- Mapping business processes and data flows to identify opportunities for AI enablement
- Contributing research, benchmarks, and structured content to proposals and business development efforts
You will work within structured engagements, owning discrete tasks and deliverables while building foundational credibility across AI, data, and consulting disciplines.
Your Skills + Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in consulting, product management, analytics, or a related field, with hands-on exposure to AI- or data-driven initiatives
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems, synthesize complex inputs, and translate insights into clear, executive-ready narratives
- Working knowledge of modern AI and data concepts, including large language models (LLMs), data pipelines, model evaluation approaches, and semantic layers
- Demonstrated ability to develop client-ready presentations that communicate strategy, insights, and recommendations — including structuring storylines, visualizing data, and tailoring content for senior stakeholders
- Strong proficiency in analytical modeling and data interpretation, using Excel and related tools to support business cases, option analysis, benchmarks, and scenario-based thinking
- A structured, hypothesis-driven approach to problem-solving, paired with intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn emerging technologies quickly
Exposure To The Following Is Beneficial
- AI product discovery, roadmap definition, and opportunity prioritization
- Evaluation of AI platforms and ecosystems, including LLM providers and agentic frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, LangGraph, CrewAI)
- Analytics and semantic tooling used to support insight generation and decision-making (e.g., dbt, LookML)
- Designing and supporting client workshops, including content development and facilitation support
Compensation and Benefits
The base compensation range for this role is $72,000 - $136,000. Actual compensation will depend on factors like location, experience, and qualifications. This role may also be eligible for variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions.
Capgemini offers a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, and employee assistance programs.
