Next Generation Talent Program

We are seeking fresh graduates to join our Enterprise Data and Analytics Team to support clients in large-scale enterprise data and AI transformations across Southeast Asia. In this role, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders, contribute to end-to-end transformation initiatives across data, AI, and business innovation. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are passionate about solving complex business problems through a blend of strategic thinking, business innovation, and emerging technology.

What You Will Do

  • Support the design of end-to-end AI/GenAI/Agentic AI solutions, including Classical AI/ML , Computer Vision, RAG pipelines, agent frameworks, vector databases, and orchestration layers
  • Build and present demos and proof-of-concepts using a variety of AI/GenAI tools, frameworks, and models (open-source or commercial)
  • Work closely with clients to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions and actionable strategies and recommendations.
  • Facilitate architecture workshops with business and technical stakeholders to define future-state solutions
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analysis to inform strategic recommendations
  • Prepare client deliverables including presentations, reports, and models with clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, technology, and delivery stakeholders
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data and AI transformation

Your Profile

  • Internship experience in building or designing AI / GenAI / RAG / Agentic AI systems (preferred)
  • Exposure to data and AI software engineering, data & AI applied research, GenAI, RAG, Machine Learning.
  • Good foundational understanding of AI/ML and willingness to learn advanced frameworks is expected; prior experience is a plus but not mandatory
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex issues
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong interest in consulting and client engagement
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and managing multiple priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data & AI Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus
