Your Role
You will define and execute the vision and strategy for AI products and services, driving measurable value for organisations and end users. This role combines technical understanding with product management excellence, ensuring solutions are user centric, validated by experimentation and aligned with client needs.
What You'll Do
- Explore the Art of the Possible: Identify opportunities in emerging AI technologies, lead innovation workshops using design thinking, and build strong client relationships.
- Accelerate Impact: Test ideas through rapid experimentation and proof-of-concept pilots, translate concepts into clear product definitions and roadmaps, and champion user centered design principles.
- Enable Change: Integrate AI products within existing processes and support clients in change management and adoption.
Your Profile
As a Senior Consultant/Manager in the AI & Product Transformation team, you will set direction, model best practices, and mentor junior team members. You should bring significant experience in AI product delivery, an understanding of AI technologies including LLMs and generative AI, and have strong client management skills.

Additional Information
This role offers flexibility with office bases in London, Manchester, Newcastle or Glasgow. However, candidates must be fully flexible regarding assignment location with potential for short notice travel.
