Job Responsibilities

The Technical Project Manager Cyber at Capgemini Engineering will own and manage the cybersecurity product roadmap, balance business needs, customer requirements, and technical constraints. You will translate high-level cyber product strategy into actionable, detailed requirements and user stories while collaborating with cybersecurity solution leaders, software engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.

You are expected to define cyber product success metrics and use data-driven insights to iterate and improve product performance. As a subject matter expert, you will communicate technical aspects clearly with developers and stakeholders. Additionally, you will conduct market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and gaps.

Other responsibilities include prioritizing cybersecurity features, bugs, and technical debt in coordination with engineering leads, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups and other Agile ceremonies, and ensuring that product documentation is accurate and accessible for internal stakeholders.
