KG is recruiting for a Senior Product Manager for Fibox, a Finnish, family-owned company that specializes in manufacturing enclosure and cabinet solutions for control and power distribution systems, as well as electrical devices.

Responsibilities

  • Product Responsibility: Manage international product lines in industrial enclosures with a focus on portfolio optimization, business development, product development, and innovation (approximately 35% of revenue).
  • Expansion: Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and sales channels to drive growth via partnerships, acquisitions, and targeted expansion.
  • Product Lifecycle: Oversee the entire product lifecycle—from ideation to discontinuation—including optimal portfolio positioning.
  • Business Models: Develop market-oriented business cases and roadmaps based on competitive analysis and customer profiles.
  • International Collaboration: Work closely with the global product management team, R&D, marketing, and sales.
  • Customer Proximity: Participate in strategic customer meetings to ensure product development meets market needs.

Qualifications

  • Degree in industrial engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in product management or business development with a global market focus.
  • Industry knowledge in electrical engineering, especially in electromechanical components.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset with demonstrated experience in developing business models and roadmaps.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, initiative, and project leadership from conception to market launch.
