The Role: Communications Centre Supervisor
As a Communications Centre Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the Communications Centre and ensuring departmental standards are met. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional guest service via calls, messages, and emails.
- Utilizing Knowcross to manage guest requests across various departments.
- Coordinating and assigning duties to Communication Agents.
- Facilitating efficient internal and external communications.
- Managing restaurant inquiries and in-room dining orders.
- Coordinating wake-up calls and offering administrative support.
- Resolving guest concerns professionally and following up appropriately.
- Maintaining comprehensive hotel and local knowledge to assist guests.
- Monitoring email and direct message response times to ensure luxury verbiage standards.
Talent Profile
We prefer candidates with tertiary education, a friendly personality, and a strong passion for guest relations. Experience in similar roles at luxury hotels or resorts is essential along with familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) and hotel systems like Opera Cloud and Knowcross. Candidates must also be proficient in written and spoken English and have valid working rights in Australia.
