Position Overview: Senior Consultant - Insurance Schadenmanagement

Based in Frankfurt am Main, München, Düsseldorf, or Berlin, this role involves shaping the future of claims management within the insurance industry. You will optimize claims processes for our clients utilizing modern technologies and software tools.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design the future of claims management by optimizing clients’ processes.
  • Analyze existing processes, identify efficiency potentials, and develop innovative solutions with tools like Adonis.
  • Participate in all project phases: strategy, process analysis, technical and functional implementation.
  • Develop creative and goal-oriented recommendations alongside clients.
  • Lead sub-projects and support business development activities.
  • Contribute to expanding our consulting portfolio in the insurance sector.

Your Profile

  • University degree in Business, Economics, or Information Systems.
  • Several years of experience in claims management or consulting in insurance.
  • Strong understanding of claims processes and practical process optimization experience.
  • Proficiency with process management tools like Adonis or similar.
  • Interest in innovative technologies such as Generative AI and Blockchain.
  • Professional, hands-on approach, quick learning, structured, analytical, flexible, customer-oriented, and a team player.
  • Fluent in German and very good English; international mobility required.
