About the Role - Responsibilities

• Specialize in designing agent workflows, multi-step chains, prompt templates, API chaining, fallback logic, prompt injection defense.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years related experience.
• Strong domain understanding of banking / financial services.
• Experience designing multi-stage agents, planning, tool use.
• Understanding of human AI interaction, edge cases, “hallucination” mitigation.
• Skills in prompt modularization, prompt versioning, prompt testing.
• Ability to work with AI/ML engineers closely.
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
• Strong organizational skills.
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $118,000—$152,000 CAD annually, plus an annual discretionary/variable bonus payment and benefits. Capco is committed to providing fair and equitable compensation, allowing our people to progress through the salary range based on strong performance and development.
