Product Manager, Generative AI Visualization: Role Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Product Manager, Generative AI Visualization to lead the GenAI visualization and conversational analytics frontend capability. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the Associate Director – Visualisation to define and realize the overall vision, strategy, and roadmap for this capability.
You will be instrumental in bridging Generative AI for Business Intelligence, building and scaling GenAI visualization products, establishing governance for the capability, and ensuring the delivery of trusted, explainable conversational analytics for the business, aligned with enterprise data standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Help define and execute the product roadmap for GenAI visualization and conversational analytics, balancing long-term vision with immediate business priorities.
- Lead the end-to-end development and integration of GenAI visualization products and workflows by partnering closely with the business.
- Leverage analytics to monitor user adoption, engagement, and AI performance, driving actionable insights and results.
- Help define the standards and operating model for semantic models, control retrieval strategies, and change management controls.
- Work closely with the engineering team to improve the overall performance of the GenAI visualization offering, actively and iteratively.
- Enable and embed the GenAI visualization governance strategy and guardrails required for the safe and responsible use of AI across the organization.
- Partner with key stakeholders to ensure the GenAI visualization capability is compliant with relevant organizational controls.
- Build relevant product documentation, end-user adoption playbooks, and user journeys.
Required Skills & Experience
To excel as a Product Manager, Generative AI Visualization, you must demonstrate proven experience in building and scaling enterprise GenAI data products (front-end) and possess a deep understanding of both open-source and proprietary visualization technologies.
- 5-8 years in product management or consulting within financial services.
- Analytical mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated success shipping AI, data, or machine learning products.
- Ability to translate user needs and GenAI capabilities into clear technical specifications.
- Deep understanding of analytics tools (Looker, Qlik, Tableau, Power-BI, etc.).
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, and client teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Solid understanding of modern AI technologies (e.g., generative models, conversational systems, embeddings, agentic workflows) from a product perspective.
