Job Description - Lead Project Manager - Digital Transformation

This role requires a seasoned Programme Manager with 12+ years of experience to lead and deliver complex, high-impact programmes focusing on customer journeys in mobile banking. The candidate will:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex programmes aligned with business goals.
• Drive customer journey initiatives in mobile banking, especially in Cards, Payments, Accounts Servicing, and Security/Authentication.
• Engage with senior stakeholders including MD-level executives and present complex issues clearly.
• Identify risks and blockers proactively while managing multiple capabilities within the SVS portfolio.
• Operate effectively within Agile frameworks (Scrum mandatory, SAFe preferred) and balance strategic oversight with detailed execution.

Exceptional time management, stakeholder engagement and the ability to quickly adapt are essential for this role.
