Overview

As a Delivery Project Manager at Capco focused on Wealth & Asset Management, you will lead high-impact project delivery across financial services initiatives. You will manage complex programmes, deliver key projects, and build strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full project lifecycle: scope, estimation, planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Manage delivery teams using both Agile and traditional models.

Requirements

  • Proven project management experience in financial services, preferably in Wealth & Asset Management or pensions.
  • Demonstrated success in software delivery and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Understanding of investment platforms, financial regulations, and operational processes.
  • Experience liaising with internal and external clients for project integration.

  • Experience with technology platform providers.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and scrum practices.
  • Knowledge of risk management, reporting cadence, and performance metrics.
  • Background in software development or related technology fields.
  • Professional project management qualifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM).
