About The Job

As a Consultant Senior Consultant - Business Consulting, you will play a key role in delivering projects and executing large-scale change initiatives at client sites for leading financial services and insurance organizations. Responsibilities include analysis, designing solutions, and providing consulting support while aligning with the client's strategic direction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and evaluate procedures, controls, user requirements, and functional specifications.
  • Identify gaps between current and future state and propose process enhancements.
  • Act as liaison between business and technical users.
  • Manage projects, workstreams, and communicate statuses to senior management.
  • Deliver change initiatives for leading clients across financial services.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in management consulting or generalist problem solving.
  • Background in Financial Services and/or Insurance with an emphasis on Digital Transformation, Data Strategy, Business & Finance Transformation, or IT Transformation.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with effective communication at all levels.
  • Ability to produce high-quality consulting deliverables.
  • Understanding of Agile ways of working is a plus.
