About the Role

Capco, an international consulting firm dedicated to financial services, is seeking a Consultant or Senior Consultant in Payments. In this role, you will work directly with major banking clients, playing a key role in driving strategic and innovative payment transformation projects.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead transformation projects in payment services including SEPA, SWIFT, cards, and instant transfers.
• Analyze payment operational processes, identify friction points, and propose optimizations.
• Help define control and compliance strategies in line with regulatory requirements.
• Produce high-quality deliverables such as scoping documents, analyses, recommendations, and reports.
• Manage project activities including planning, coordination, and committee meetings.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and compliance teams across different stakeholders.

Qualifications

A Bac+5 degree from a business school, engineering school, or university is required. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in consulting or project management within a financial institution. A solid understanding of payment systems, regulatory issues (DSP2, LCB-FT, SRP), and financial products (SEPA transfers, SWIFT, cards) is essential. Project management experience and strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.
