About the Role
The AI UX/UI Designer at Capco Poland drives digital transformation in financial services. You will work on the strategic AI initiatives within the Group AI Management and Strategy (AIMS) team, focusing on the design and user experience of an in-house LLM-based productivity tool.
Responsibilities
Design Leadership: Execute a user experience strategy aligned with business goals; support design standards using CX best practices; ensure a visually appealing and intuitive interface; and report using qualitative and quantitative UX metrics.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, developers, and users using structured tools such as JIRA, Kanban boards, and CICD pipeline (Azure Devops Pipeline) to integrate design solutions.
User Research & Analysis: Participate in user research and journey design to gather insights, analyse data to inform design decisions, and stay current with industry trends.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience in UI/UX design for web applications and design systems.
- Proficiency in user research methods and data analysis.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies including Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated and up-to-date with technology advancements.
