Your Role as Senior Consultant – Insurance IT & Bipro/RNext

Locations: Frankfurt am Main, München, Düsseldorf or Berlin

Your Responsibilities

  • Support insurance clients in designing and implementing modern IT strategies and optimizing IT application landscapes.
  • Drive digital transformation considering standards like Bipro/RNext, Domain-Driven Design, and Event Storming.
  • Manage challenging projects from requirements analysis to technical implementation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to introduce agile practices and optimize key IT processes for insurers.
  • Contribute to consulting project design and execution ensuring compliance with current standards.
  • Assume increasing responsibilities from sub-project leadership to leading smaller teams.

Your Profile

  • University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or similar.
  • Several years of experience in IT consulting and agile IT projects in the insurance sector.
  • Familiarity with the IT application landscape and processes in the insurance industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of Bipro/RNext standards and design principles like Domain-Driven Design and Event Storming.
  • Professional demeanor, hands-on mentality, quick comprehension, structured work style and analytical skills.
  • Fluent German and strong English skills, with unrestricted mobility internationally.
