About Canva's Enterprise Account Executive Role

Join the team redefining how the world experiences design. Canva is looking for a driven Enterprise Account Executive to join the Sales and Success team, primarily supporting Canva Enterprise. This role involves helping organizations consolidate design, content production, and collaboration under one secure account.

What You’ll Do

  • Account Planning: Lead data-driven prospecting and market analysis.
  • Pipeline & Revenue Growth: Manage pipeline and forecasts via Salesforce.
  • Customer Centric: Deliver tailored storytelling and creative solutions.
  • Product Expertise: Advocate and gather feedback on Canva’s products.
  • Relationship Building: Develop long-term partnerships internally and with customers.
  • Simplify Complexity: Create digestible, customer-ready stories and materials.

What We're Looking For

You should have a proven record managing a full sales cycle, experience with mid to large customers, and be capable of handling complex negotiations in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

The target salary range is $212,000-$326,000, with competitive, market-informed compensation based on experience and skills. Additional benefits include equity packages, health benefits, 401(k) contributions, inclusive parental leave, an annual Vibe & Thrive allowance, and flexible leave options.
