Role Overview

The Site Reliability Engineering Manager will lead a high-performance team in a devops and gitops engineering environment. In this role, you will combine operations management, software engineering and product development while ensuring solid team leadership and quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily agile devops practices
  • Represent the Information Systems team to stakeholders and customers
  • Organize, coordinate and drive internal projects
  • Mentor engineers and track team health indicators
  • Implement structured engineering and operations processes
  • Ensure adherence to service level agreements globally
  • Deliver quality managed services in a consistent, timely manner

Requirements

Candidates must be Linux and operations experts with proven experience managing devops teams. Expertise in infrastructure as code, understanding complex distributed systems and cloud topologies is essential. A solid academic track record and ability to travel for team events are also required.
