The Sales Development Representative Dutch Speaker Role at Canonical

For this role, we are looking for individuals who are organized, persistent, charismatic, and hard-working. An interest in technological developments and their business implications is also important. Your primary goal is to find customer projects that align with our product lines and spread Canonical's good name across various industries and regions. In this role, you will also collaborate with a regional sales and marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
  • Setting up and executing outbound sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Traveling to events and conferences worldwide: presenting at booths and working on face-to-face marketing and sales opportunities.
  • Collaborating with multiple teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Researching potential customers.
  • Directly collaborating on campaigns with the marketing team.
  • Generating a multi-million pound sales pipeline.
  • Identifying prospects and market trends.
  • Helping define processes and policies for the team.
  • Maintaining contact with new and existing customers, setting up and attending meetings, and actively mapping accounts to identify new opportunities.
  • Accurately creating, updating, and maintaining leads for global opportunities.
