About the Role
Canon U.S.A., Inc., a respected leader in the Imaging and Office Equipment industry, is seeking an Account Relations Representative II to support the Business Partner Group (BPG) in Melville, NY. In this role, you will manage promotional expense accounts, create pricing agreements, validate and issue promotional credits, and reconcile sales budgets and funds.
Your Impact
- Enter Account Promotional Funds (APF)
- Track budgets and reconcile sales funds
- Validate claims and research chargebacks
- Communicate with Sales, Product, Credit teams, and external partners
- Issue credits and manage all aspects of assigned accounts
About You
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (or equivalent experience) and 0 to 2 years of related experience. Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, formulas, and VLOOKUP are required, and experience with Google Sheets is a plus. You must be analytical, detail-oriented, possess excellent follow-up and problem-solving skills, and have stellar time management, organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Work Arrangement
This is a full-time position with a hybrid work schedule. You are expected in the office on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, with the option to work from home on the remaining days, subject to business needs.
