The Role

As a Document Management Coordinator at Canoe Intelligence, you will monitor our document collection process across investor portals and email inboxes. You will be responsible for ensuring the timeliness and completeness of document capture, reconciling system outputs versus expected results, and escalating issues when necessary.

  • Reconcile collected documents against reporting calendars.
  • Maintain detailed logs to ensure file accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor investor portals and shared inboxes for actionable tasks.
  • Track, reconcile, and escalate document anomalies using internal reports.
  • Guarantee accuracy and completeness in document collection processes.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in handling multiple systems. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred with 0–2 years of relevant experience, and exposure to financial services or operations is a plus. Proficiency in GSuite and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
